Extra workspace, or access to another Mac.

Use Extend when you want another screen for reference pages, chat, video, dashboards, or temporary desk space. Use Mirror for setups like a Mac mini without a monitor, a MacBook as a monitor for Mac mini, or an iMac whose display is unavailable.

Both Macs need macOS 12.3 or later. Connect over Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or Thunderbolt.
