Download the signed APK directly on your Android device. If Android asks, allow your browser or file manager to install apps from this source, then open the APK to install DeskJoin Screen.

Extend must be started from the Mac. Windows cannot extend its own desktop yet.

Run the installer and allow the administrator prompt. It installs the app and its local-network firewall rules. Desktop and startup shortcuts are optional.

Windows supports sending and receiving Mirror. For Extend, Windows works as the receiving display. Both devices must use compatible DeskJoin Screen versions with TCP media support.

The Windows installer is not code-signed; Windows may show an unknown-publisher prompt.

Before you install

Confirm that both devices meet the platform requirements and are connected over the same Wi-Fi or Ethernet network. Two Macs can also use a direct Thunderbolt connection with Thunderbolt Bridge.

macOS may ask you to confirm that you want to open an app downloaded from the internet.

Android may ask you to allow installation from your browser or file manager because this release is provided as a direct APK download.
